As a partner or general manager, you

·20 years of field experience, including 10 years of management involvement
·specialized in at least one of the energy areas
·Resident in major cities of the following countries: India, Brazil, Vietnam, South Africa, EU,
Australia and Japan
·Good communicating, studying skills and flexibility
·Official language is English
Project managers:
·Master in an engineering degree or MBA. 5 years of work experience
·Good communicating, studying skills and flexibility
·Worked experience for foriegn companies, or have worked or studied abroad
·Excellent English Speaking and Writting skills
Consultants/Researchers:
·5 years of work experience
·3 years management experience or a degree in MBA
